Before you install
Mac: Apple Silicon (M-series) only — not for older Intel Macs. The app is signed and notarized by Apple, so it should just open normally.
Windows: Windows will likely show a "Windows protected your PC" SmartScreen warning the first time. This is expected for a new app that hasn't yet built up reputation with Microsoft — the installer is genuinely code-signed. Click More info → Run anyway to continue.
Already have the app installed? You don't need to re-download — open it and go to Settings → Check for Updates, or just wait; it checks automatically.
